"I found the Raising Resilient Children workshop incredibly valuable! It was affirming to realize that many of the challenges I face as a parent are real and shared by others.  The session provided concrete, actionable strategies to help me support my children emotionally and socially, without overstepping or hovering.  I left with a clearer understanding of how to be present and encouraging while also fostering their independence, resilience, and confidence."
